cdb33 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any significant increase in account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.
3. Account Registration and Security
When you register for a cdb33 account, you will be required to provide a valid mobile number and create a secure password. Your mobile number serves as your primary login identifier and must be registered in your own name.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your cdb33 account. cdb33 recommends the following security practices for all players:

- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. cdb33 does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day will be processed the same day. Requests submitted after 8:00 PM BST will be queued for the following business day.
- cdb33 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of any KYC review in progress.
Deposits made in error must be reported to cdb33 support within 24 hours. cdb33 will investigate such reports but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds that have already been used in gameplay.
cdb33 is not responsible for delays in crediting deposits or receiving withdrawals that arise from delays within the player's mobile banking provider. If a deposit has not appeared in your cdb33 wallet within ten minutes of a confirmed transaction, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
cdb33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. The availability, value, and conditions of each promotion are subject to change at cdb33's sole discretion. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to these General Terms.
The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on cdb33 unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to rollover requirements before they can be transferred to the withdrawable main wallet balance.

6. Betting Rules and Dispute Resolution
All bets placed on cdb33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general conditions apply across all products:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Confirmed bets are final and binding.
- In the event of a palpable error — for example, a clearly incorrect odds display caused by a technical fault — cdb33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake. cdb33 is not obligated to honour winnings arising from palpable errors.

- Disputes regarding the outcome of a bet must be submitted to cdb33 support within 72 hours of the relevant event settling. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. cdb33's decision on all betting disputes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct
